I think this is the best reference book there is. The authors are well known to everybody who does collect a little. Peter Guralnick wrote the bestselling two volume biography 'Last train to Memphis' and 'Careless love', which probably counts  as the best biography ever written on Elvis (I consider Jerry Hopkins just as good though), and Ernst Jorgensen is the reissue producer at BMG, and the driving power behind the FTD label. Unlike other A to Z books, the two authors stick to the facts. It is a chronicle of Elvis Presley's life and music, and contains a lot of information. This book is not a biography. If you like a good biography read the above mentioned books written by Peter Guralnick. There are lots of rare photo's in this book, many in color. Great addition to anyones Elvis collection.
