The first tour of the year had some challenges for Elvis; playing his hometown Memphis at the end of the tour and playing at the Houston Astrodome, for quite a larger audience than Elvis was used to. Another thing was that the stage at the Astrodome couldn't hold the Orchestra, so Elvis had to do without, performing only with the rythm-section , the TCB-band, and the back-up singers. You can  hear the band playing extra loud to make up for the missing of the orchestra by putting in some extra effort to create a fuller sound.The show is very well performed, but offers no suprises. The sound is okay, and  like all the shows performed during this tour this show is brought very convinced.Elvis in top-form.
